Bah. So it's been over a month since I've written anything. I have Chapter 5 of Valhearte half-written on my desktop, and I was struck by writer's block again. Then when I felt like writing again, my computer broke down. Isn't that just dandy?

Anyway, I'm going to try and finish Chapter 5 this week. It's going to be longer than all the other chapters I've done so far, which haven't been more than one or two pages. I'm hoping to have Part 1 of Valhearte finished by July. Part 1, by the way, is called "Senses", Part 2 will be called "Thoughts" and Part 3 will be called "Feelings." "Senses" is a pain in the ass, but it's necessary for the story to work at all. I feel that once I finish it, Thoughts will be easy. I think that's when the story will become more interesting, and you'll get a feel for the science fiction aspects of the universe. Feelings will be equally a pain in the ass.

That's my writing style right there: I'm bad at beginnings. And endings. I'm not too keen on the middle, either.
